We consider AshwaTrax Bio-Enhanced KSM-66 Ashwagandha supplement, manufactured by a company called Vitamonk, to be worthy of our number two pick. Whereas all Ashwagandha products contain Ashwagandha, most, by far, do not contain any natural ingredients which are known to promote bioavailability. This means that the full amount of Ashwagandha you consume will have less of a chance of being absorbed into your body. One such ingredient which is clinically proven to aid absorption is Bioperine®. While we are pleased it is included in this formula, there is only 5 mg as opposed to 10 mg which is found in our top product. Additionally, the amount of Ashwagandha included is only 700 mg which is less than half of our number one pick. The saving grace of this supplement is that it has a very low price so that even though you would have to take more capsules in order to reach an effective dose, it still wouldn’t put you in the poor house. In general, AshwaTrax Bio-Enhanced KSM-66 Ashwagandha is deemed to be a safe herbal supplement if taken according to the proper recommendations. There are no reported side effects and it can be taken with most medications.
AshwaTrax Bio-Enhanced KSM-66 Ashwagandha had the right idea in making this product with two excellent key ingredients. The fact that it has included Bioperine® is a big plus. That said, both the amount of Ashwagandha and Bioperine® included in this formula is about half the amount than which is included in our number one pick. This would make sense when looking at the price tag which is also less than that of our first choice product. What this means for the consumer is that one bottle of this product may not be enough for one month. There is a chance it can be, but you may end up having to take double to amount of pills as the first product in order to get the results you desire. As a consumer, it is up to you to decide which Ashwagandha supplement fits in the best with your lifestyle.
